The sun was shining, the bubbles were flowing and the fashion was downright fabulous. Welcome to Polo in the Valley 2015.
Nic said it best when she explained the polo fashion rules to someone; “think stylish garden party, but with horses” – and we were pleased to see that most people got their fashion choices bang on.

The girls favoured dresses, short or long, mostly flowing, some tight fitted with wide brimmed hats, straw boaters or no hats (braids were a big hit this year) and accessorised with eye catching bags, shades and shoes.
The boys did it up right in suits and ties, shorts and jackets and added splashes of colour with hats, pocket squares and ties. But sadly, the rumours weren’t true…Prince Harry didn’t drop in for a visit! Maybe next year?
All in all winning with fashions on the field. BIG TICK.
The Prendiville’s Duncraig Stud had donned its Sunday best for the day, sparkling with manicured lawns and beautiful tents and a fantastic $150,000 was raised for Youth Focus, a vital charity that aims to help young people living with depression and suicide in our community and Telethon.
Don’t you hate it when some long legged bozo ruins a great shot? #photobomb
Highlights for us were driving to the Swan Valley in our brand new Volvos (more on that soon…) stomping the divots, snuggling up to handsome polo players and enjoying a Champagne in the sunshine.
Our super cool ride. The Volvo XC60.
Bev & Rayne’s annual divot stomp!
Yep…life is good.
See you next year Polo in the Valley!
